The Analyst Home Screen displays active information most analysts need at-a-glance, including logged in IT users, currently owned tickets with a countdown until the due date, all open tickets organized by queue, broadcast messages and system outages, and the last 10 tickets opened.
The Review Tab shows new additions to the knowledge base, tickets an analyst opened that were closed by another user, and positive survey results provided by the end-user on tickets they closed.
Ticket Search provides a full-featured search mechanism that allows analysts to locate the information they need quickly and efficiently.
Analyst Settings let the user modify display settings including default text and window sizes, change their password and set a personal down-time notice that can automatically forward relevant work to another analyst.
