IQTrack features a robust set of email functionality -- from email-generated tickets to automatically generating messages to analysts and end-users when new information is available in the system.
Closed Ticket Requester Email >>
  • Closing Tickets send an email to the end-user upon completion, including an invitation to take a survey about the quality of service received. If the requester is not completely satisfied, the ticket is reopened for further action.
  • Email Alerts inform analysts and queues of new tickets and changed ownership.
  • New Tickets can be generated when an end-user sends a message to a provided email address, which is then automatically routed to the correct analyst or queue.
