Closing Tickets send an email to the end-user upon completion, including an invitation to take a survey about the quality of service received. If the requester is not completely satisfied, the ticket is reopened for further action.
Email Alerts inform analysts and queues of new tickets and changed ownership.
New Tickets can be generated when an end-user sends a message to a provided email address, which is then automatically routed to the correct analyst or queue.
