IQTrack includes a knowledge base of law firm-specific articles, tips and information. In addition, user submitted articles can be included, which helps preserve institutional knowledge by bringing new analysts up to speed quickly and reminding experienced users of mistakes to avoid and solutions to common problems.

  • Article Ratings and number of times viewed lets an analyst gauge the usefulness of a knowledge base article.
  • File Attachments let analysts attach files and documents related to an article.
  • Links to Other Features allow analysts to aide other users by drawing relationships between articles and tickets, broadcast messages, and support structure categories.
  • Comments can be added to append additional information and other remarks to an article.
  • Knowledge Base Review lists all articles unread by the analyst, as well as providing a place for knowledge base administrators to approve new articles.
